The lighthouse sits behind a Security Fence and can only be seen from the outside of the Fence at this time. 4/14/2015

Hey Everyone,
If you haven’t already heard, our Lighthouse at Anclote Key will be open to the public this Saturday, April 23.
The lighthouse will be open from 9AM – 2PM. Be sure to wear good shoes. No open toed shoes.

Could you please let me know when the next tour date is scheduled for the lighthouse?
We will have the Lighthouse open to the public between the hours of 9am and 2 pm on Sept. 15th. That is the date at this time but it might change due to weather and ect. Please check the website as it gets closer to the date. Thank you for your interest!

The Lighthouse will be open for a climb to the top in December, 12-2012. next month.

I am sorry and I should of said this sooner but the Lighthouse is closed now indefinitely until further notice because of the lead contaminated soil surrounding the Lighthouse.
Hi Chris. Is the Lighthouse still closed to tours do to contamination? Also, how do you deal with contamination.
